Open discussion based on the questions and themes raised in the discussion paper related to user generated content as they are subject of the debate today, initiating questions on the value as well as the impact of user generated content on traditional media, the evolvement to a more flexible copyright system, and the influence of nations/states/regions and other regulators of the online/mobile market.

Presentation of future scenarios by Jan Bierhoff, David Osimo, Clo Willaerts, John Buckman, Dick Rijken, Paul Gerhardt, Bob Young, Eric Kluitenberg, Loïc Le Meur & Stuart Nolan.

Each presentation will take about 10 to 15 minutes. After each presentation there is time to react/reflect on it by the participants of the meeting.

Gareth Mitchell will be joining the presentation of the scenarios. Interesting quotes will be used in the evening debate.
